betterPC is a one-person project born out of a simple frustration: too many people overpay for PCs they don't understand, or throw away perfectly good old hardware because nobody told them it could run just fine.

Both. betterPC covers DDR2, DDR3, and brand-new platforms — the whole point of this site is that old hardware often still has real life left in it.
